About us
Max Care and Mobility is an independent, local, family run shop, based in Addlestone, Surrey. It specialises in providing mobility equipment and other living aids for those who most need help.
Nigel originally worked running his father’s mobility equipment shop at the other end of Addlestone from 2004 until 2015, at which point we had to move out for the Addlestone One redevelopment to take place.
This seemed the perfect time for Nigel to open up his own bigger mobility equipment store.
Nigel has been in this industry for over 19 years and enjoys working closely with the local community providing great products, excellent knowledge and service.
Julie started working for Nigel’s father in 2009 and has therefore been working in this industry for over 14 years. She has worked closely with Nigel to build this new business, and now works mainly on the admin side of things.
Max Care and Mobility was named after their son Max who was a great help in everyday tasks from a very young age. He is now very well known within the local area and our regular customers have loved watching him grow. Max doesn’t get to help out so much in the shop now as he is so grown up being 11 years old! He has a very active social life.
